We may decline, postpone, or stop work if site conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, authorization is unclear, or conditions prevent the work from being completed properly.
Permits, Codes, and Inspections
Certain plumbing repairs, replacements, installations, remodeling projects, gas-line work, sewer work, and commercial projects may require permits, inspections, or compliance with local building codes.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, permit fees, inspection fees, engineering requirements, utility requirements, and related costs may be additional. If Bear Wood Plumbing agrees to obtain a permit, the customer must provide required documents, access, approvals, and cooperation necessary for the permitting and inspection process.

Warranties and Limitations
Any workmanship warranty offered by Bear Wood Plumbing will be described in writing on the relevant estimate, invoice, service agreement, or warranty document. Plumbing service does not automatically include water extraction, drying, mold remediation, structural repair, restoration, insurance claim handling, or repair of personal property unless those services are expressly included in a written agreement.

If you smell gas, see smoke or sparks, or face another immediate danger, leave the property and call 911 from outside.
